Returns & Refunds Policy

At Joshco, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we're here to help with a clear and customer-friendly returns process.


Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within [30 days] of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please click the Contact Us Page with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5–6 working days].


Late or Missing Refunds

In the highly unlike event that you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)

  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different item please contact us on the "Contact Us" page.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other reason, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
